Welcome to the NexaCube Refund Rules from NexaCube. These guidelines describe what you may anticipate from the authors of the products you purchase because we are a platform. They are applicable to all customers and authors.

Your right to a refund is created with this understanding that the items authors offer on the site are digital goods and cannot be “returned.” Of course, in addition to these regulations, each nation has its own laws governing refunds, and if these regional regulations apply to you, they are not disregarded.

Prior to requesting a refund from an author

If you have a technical problem with an item you purchased from our “Web Themes and Templates” or “Code” category on Nexacube, we advise you to get in touch with the author of that item and ask for support. They can frequently assist in troubleshooting your issue.

However, we realize that there are situations when the author may be unable to address your concerns or when a refund may be appropriate. Here are the scenarios in which we would anticipate an author to give you a refund in this case:

The item is “not as described” or it doesn’t function properly.

The author is obligated to swiftly update the item in question if it doesn’t function as intended. If an item differs considerably from the item description or preview, it is “not as described.” You would be eligible for a refund from the author if the problem cannot be resolved or it turns out that the item is “not as described.”

There is a security vulnerability in the item.

You would be entitled to a refund from the author if a product had a security flaw that can’t be quickly rectified. The author should update the item right away if the problem can be corrected. We would anticipate the author to offer a refund if the product has a security flaw that is not fixed within the required timeframe.

Although promised, item assistance is not delivered.

If an author states in their advertisement that their product comes with item support, you have a current support entitlement, and you are not given that support in compliance with the item support policy, the writer should provide you a refund.

Unused item support extension

We would anticipate the author to give you a refund of that item support extension if you buy an item support extension and ask for a refund of that extension before your current item support ends.

Things that have not yet been downloaded

Within three months of the purchase date, if you haven’t downloaded a purchased item, you might be entitled to a refund. In order for the author of that item to confirm your claim that you have not downloaded an item, you will need to give them your purchase code. Despite the fact that we believe 3 months to be an acceptable amount of time, depending on where you live, you might have a longer window of time to request a refund if you purchased the item for personal use and haven’t downloaded it.

Asking Nexacube’s assistance in settling conflicts

You can file a dispute and request that Nexacube look into the situation if you and an author are unable to reach an agreement over a refund. We might ask you for proof or supporting documents. Nexacube reserves the right to give any refund at its discretion. You acknowledge that our decision will be final and that it will be based on all the information at our disposal.

In any of the following circumstances, neither Nexacube nor authors are required to honour the terms of the policy return.
